Keith is an MBA graduate with unrivalled expertise in:

• sales
• supply chain management
• project management
• franchise operations
• training

He is accustomed to operating at and with all organizational levels, whilst possessing excellent cross-cultural leadership, management and people skills.

In the past Keith has been instrumental in the business development and operational leadership for Pirtek Europe Ltd during their expansion into the Netherlands and Belgium. His achievements and commitment were rewarded with a European Award.

Keith is a student mentor and volunteers much of his free time in support of developing businesses at the University of the West of England’s incubators.

Izabela is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Her specialized expertise lies in the following areas:

• transition management
• process mapping and improvements
• implementation of changes to workflows
• procedure updates and manuals
• financial software implementation and integration
• end user training

Izabela has worked for leading blue-chip companies, including PWC, Reebok, Orange, SmartStream Systems and Lloyds Banking Group.

Izabela is also fluent in German and Croatian and can provide support in both languages.
