Keith Probert MBA has a passion for developing individuals, teams and organizations.  As a business development specialist Keith will support you in achieving the growth you seek.

Keith is a strategic thinker and is used to evaluating organizations and their market fit. Combining this with over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience he brings a unique mix of cross-cultural and cross-sector knowledge to each project.  This allows him to assess and analyse your business in a dynamic and results-oriented manner.

Keith’s national and international business experience is underpinned by a degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has also been admitted as Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), Fellow of the Institute of Consulting (FIC) and Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (FInstSSM).

Keith is also an assessor for and sits on the judging panel of UWE Ventures, and is a mentor for students and charities.

Izabela Probert is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA).  As a committed finance and accounting professional she specialises in the areas of:

• Transition management
• Process mapping and improvements
• Implementation of changes to workflows
• Financial software implementation and integration
• End user training (design through to delivery)
• Project Management and delivery

Izabela has worked for leading blue-chip companies, including PWC, BP, BNFL, Reebok, Orange, SmartStream Systems, Lloyds Banking Group and Balfour Beatty.

Izabela is also fluent in German and Croatian and can provide support in both languages.  She also enjoys and excels at the challenges created in multi-national and cross-cultural environments.  Her passion for integrating working cultures, knowledge transfer and team building makes a positive impact on all parties involved.
